Currently, seven image sorters are in operation at our sorting house.

What kind of product is the target?

Metal parts (various shapes such as bolts and nuts can be judged), rubber, resin, wood, etc.
Also, with a high-speed automatic sorter and a machine that docks overflow flaw detection.
It is possible to judge material differences and hardness abnormalities.
 

How long does it take to sort and deliver?

Since it is possible to inspect 200-300 pieces per minute at high speed,
On average, it is possible to sort 50,000 to 100,000 pieces a day.
Today, we receive about 5 million parts per month from bolts and nuts companies.

How much does it cost?

The standard is about 5,000 baht a day (sorting service fee only).
Depending on the quantity, we will undertake 0.05-0.1THB / PC per part.
It is cheaper than manpower and should be able to reliably stop defects.
 

What kind of points are you inspecting?

I mainly look at the dimensions, such as deformation, MIX, and with or without screws.
Recently, we are also trying rubber parts, etc., and it is possible to determine cracks and defects in the O-ring.
