We, NANO are developing a system to automatically outgoing inspection data.
This new system is an application that automatically transfers inspection data according to each company's format.

Each measurement area to be measured, the number of workpieces, and the order of measurement can be set as you like.
In addition, measurement data from U-WAVE is input into the corresponding cell according to the measurement order of the master information that has been set, and a standard range check is performed.
If out of range or spec, a buzzer sounds, and the background color of the cell changes.
Lab data from shape-measuring machines, roundness-measuring machines, CMMs, etc. can also be input from the keyboard.
The greatest advantage of this new system is that it saves a great deal of time when there are many measurement points and items to be measured in the inspection data.
It is also more accurate than conventional manual work, which greatly reduces human error and contributes to productivity improvement.
