NANO not only sells image sorting machines,
but also offers the sorting services, in which NANO receives parts from customers and inspect them.
Currently, the sorting houses are operated at three locations in two countries, Thailand and Indonesia,
In the future, NANO plans to expand the business to Japan, Vietnam, India, and other countries.

What kind of products are covered?
Various products such as metal parts like bolts and nuts, O-rings, and Plastics are applicable.
Also, Eddy current sorting is available for hardness/material abnormalities.
What is your sorting capacity and turnaround time?
Sorting speed is 200-300 pieces per minute,
We can sort approximately 50,000 to 100,000 pieces per day.
Now we do sorting around 6 to 7 million pieces per month from various companies.
How much does it cost?
We estimate approximately 5,000 THB per day (sorting service cost only).
Depending on the quantity, we do sorting at about 0.07-0.12 THB/PC per piece.
It is cheaper than manual sorting and more accurate way to stop defects.
What kinds of measurement points can be checked?
Especially strong in dimensional measurement,
it can detect deformations, mix, dents, scratches, etc.
For O-rings and plastic products, it can also detect dimensions, burrs, and filling defects.

1. Inquiry

2. Receive samples（OK products, NG master products）
↓
3. Conduct test on NANO's demo machine
↓
4. Test rsults are compiled and provided to the customer
↓
5. Negotiate terms and conditions (quantity, price, check point)

6. Start of automatic sorting service
