A new member joins the NANO SEIMITSU Thai office, which sells various sorting machines and inspection equipment in Thailand
Nice to meet you, my name is Kazuaki Yada. I have always had a strong overseas orientation and because of my connection with NANO SEIMITSU in my previous job, I have decided to join the company. However, due to the influence of Corona, I have been forced to wait in Japan for the moment.
The brutal damage caused by this Coronavirus to the industries is enormous, and according to the forecast by Thailand’s National Economic and Social Development Commission (NESDC), the actual GDP growth rate in 2020 is expected to fall below negative 6%.
Similarly, it is said that the Japanese economy will take a full 2 years to recover to the pre-pandemic level, or even longer. The economy has been slowing down in Japan since last year due to the increase in consumption tax and trade friction, but I am acutely aware that an unprecedented situation has occurred due to the new Coronavirus, and we are now entering an era of unpredictable upheaval.
In this era of instability and uncertainty, no one has a definitive answer. I feel that both individuals and organizations are being challenged on “flexibility and endurance.”
In order to adapt to the “new normal”, we have to change our own selves and act on our own. It's not an easy task, but I would like to work closely with our staff, suppliers, and customers to overcome this transitional period together. It would be nice if we get the situation under control soon, so that we can talk about it as history.
What are the strengths of NANO SEIMITSU?
The biggest feature of NANO SEIMITSU is that it has the advantage of being a user. The products we propose, such as various sorters, inspection devices, and quality control systems, are basically used in our own factories, and we are introducing what has been really effective to our customers. Problems and troubles which customers are facing such as quality control and production control are problems that also occur in our company as well. I think our greatest strength is that by becoming a user of our products ourselves, we can accumulate know-how, make proposals from the users’ perspectives, and get ahead of issues.
Going forward, using the "best proposal from the user's perspective" as a tool to appeal to customers, we will continue to aim to be No. 1 in Thailand and Southeast Asia in the category of pre-shipment automatic sorting.
